Please arrive promptly to ensure lesson warm up is not missed. This is to ensure that we limit the risk of injuries during our classes.

What time do I arrive?

What if I am running late or not able to attend?
We kindly ask that you WhatsApp in the group ( or to group leader if preferred )
Is parking available?
Yes, there is parking available from 19.00 directly outside only in the red route box Mon-Sat or from 18.30 you can park on the single yellow lines in Dixon Road ( opposite ). On Sundays, you can park outside in the red route box or opposite in Dixon road at any time.
What should I wear and bring?
Please wear all black with any sports shoes and once you join you will be required to wear our LTA uniform - black t-shirt and black bottoms and bring a bottle of water.
